Experience the ultimate fusion of flavor and innovation at COSI After Dark: Cocktails and Chemistry on February 12! A dozen of Columbus’ top mixologists will compete in a science-infused cocktail invitational, crafting imaginative drinks that blend creativity, chemistry, and competition. Guests will enjoy included samples from all 12 contenders and cast their votes to crown the evening’s champion. Featuring award-winning local spirits and cutting-edge techniques, this 21+ event transforms COSI into the city’s most spirited laboratory, and an unforgettable night that’s perfectly mixed for your Valentine’s week.
